With Lincoln Financial Group I was in charge of reiterating several portals, one of which was the Dental Provider Portal. DPP was created as a self-service solution for front office users and to reduce call volume. I came in after the portal had been started and as the claims status search portion of the portal was being enhanced. A user would log into the portal to search for a patient to see how much the insurance would pay on a procedure, identify whether a procedure was denied or approved, and to get payment status details for claims. I was the senior product designer, working alongside two product owners and a development team.
